RECIPE PREPARATION Homemade chocolate:
Put the sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat. From the moment the water starts to boil, leave it for another 10 minutes. Then add the package of butter and mix well until smooth. After the butter has melted, take the pan off the heat and add the sifted powdered milk, rum and cocoa. Mix well until there are no more lumps of powdered milk.
The obtained paste is placed in a tray greased with butter or lined with baking paper. Leave to cool for a few hours and cut with a knife greased with butter or oil, so that it does not stick.
