Ingredients for the pork recipe in sweet and sour sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 200 g sliced ​​pineapple
  • 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • juice from 1 orange
  • salt pepper
  • 30 g flour

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
