It caught my eye so insistently that I said I had to re-edit it at home, in the home-made version. I want her to think she's 10 times healthier than a restaurant. For this pizza, the top is important, it is & # 8220cheesy bites & # 8221, the topping being at your choice, depending on the pizza you normally prefer. - 3 cups of flour

In mijlocui pizzei folosim topingul obisnuit: sos de rosii, ciuperci, bacon, carnaciori etc. Pentru a da un plus de aroma pachetelelor cu branza de pe margine, topim 2 linguri de unt si le amestecam cu o lingura de praf de usturoi, o lingura de busuioc uscat si una de oregano uscat. Folosind o pensula, ungem cu untul aromat pachetele cu branza.
Peste pizza noastra punem mozzarella data pe razatoare. “Extra mozzarella”, cum i se spune la Pizza Hut, busuioc proaspat tocat marunt si dam pizza la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade, 20-25 minute, pana cand e frumos rumenita.
La sfarsit obtinem asta: o super pizza, numa buna pentru 4 persoane, pentru ca foarte satioasa. Pentru pizza cheesy bites am avut un dip de sos de tomate. Nu stiu daca e mai buna ca si cea de la Pizza Hut, astept sa imi spuneti voi asta, dupa ce o incercati. You're welcome!

On a grill sau pe un gratar de curte, bine incins, se vor pune mai intai la copt ardeii grasi, urmand feliile de vinete taiate rondele and cateii de usturoi (care se vor pune intr-o folie de aluminiu, inainte de coacere).
Ardeii dupa coacere, se vor pune la aburit intr-o punga de platic sau un castron acoperit cu un capac ( pentru a se curata mai usor de pielita), apoi curatati de pielita si seminte, taiati in fasii mari si pusi intr-un bol de salata.
Rosiile vor fi taiate in felii mari si adaugate in bolul de salata.

Din: ulei de masline, zeama de lamaie (dupa gust), cateii de usturoi copti si curatati de coaja (usor zdrobiti), praful de menta (sau frunzulite taiate fin), sare si piper, se va face un dressing, care se va adauga peste ingredientele din care s-a obtinut salata tunisiana, amestecandu-se usor totul cu ajutorul a 2 spatule.

Pentru decor si gust, se vor adauga si maslinele negre fara samburi si cascaval ras.
Bolul de salata tunisiana, se va acoperi cu o folie alimentara si dat la rece in frigider, inainte de servire.
Daca sunteti genul care nu puteti sa consumati salata simpla sau pur si simplu, nu reusiti sa va saturati dintr-o simpla salata, va sugeram sa o savurati alaturi de o friptura de porc cu sos dijon, preparata ca cea de mai jos.

- Legumele isi pastreaza mai mult din valoarea nutritiva daca in timpul fierberii se va pune sare in apa.
- Pentru a obtine mancaruri consistente folositi legume mai mari ele pierd mai putin din vitamine in timpul fierberii
- Daca pregatiti legume sote, nu aruncati zeama in care au fiert folositi-o la supe sau la piureuri.
- Gustul cartofilor va fi mai bun daca acestia se vor pune la fiert in apa clocotita sir nu in apa rece.
Se condimentează cu sare, piper, cimbru şi chimion, se acoperă şi se fierbe la foc mic timp de 5-10 minute.
Se ia de pe foc, se pun ouăle, după care se pune din nou pe foc, se acoperă şi se lasă la foc mic până cand ouăle sunt gata.
Se serveşte imediat, presarată cu pătrunjel.
