RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate Pie Dessert:

ingredients

300 g flour
1/2 baking powder
150 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
50 g butter
100 g kefir
orange essence
2 yolks
100 g dark chocolate

Method of preparation

We mix the flour with the salt, we make a hole in the middle, we add the baking powder dissolved in vinegar, we add the yolks mixed with the sugar, the orange essence and we start to knead by gradually adding the kefir. Knead a crust and wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

We grate the chocolate. We mix the soft butter with 1 tablespoon of flour. We spread the crust in a sheet and grease it with butter, on top we add the chocolate and roll,

We join the ends forming a coil, with a knife passed through the flour we cut slices of about 2-3 cm, (but not at all) we turn the slices (it will come out like a flower).

Grease with 1 beaten egg with a tablespoon of oil and put in the oven heated over medium heat until it browns nicely.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Mix the egg whites and gradually add half the amount of sugar until you get a strong meringue.

Separately mix the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add melted and cooled butter and milk.

Incorporate flour previously mixed with baking powder.

At the end add the egg white meringue and chocolate flakes.

Mix with a spatula just enough to incorporate them.

In a tray measuring 25 x 35 cm lined with baking paper, spread half of the composition.

Distribute the cheese evenly mixed with grated lemon peel and vanilla sugar.

Spread the rest of the composition on top.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 170 & deg C and bake for 30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
