Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a skillet resistant to the oven, heat the butter on which we heat the onion cut into scales for about 2 minutes. Pull the pan aside and take care of the rest of the ingredients.

  • 50 grams of cheese cut into small cubes

Preparation Baked potato balls with cheese:

  1. Pass the potatoes with a fork (not in a mixer / blender, because you will get a sticky paste, which you will not be able to shape later) and place in a large bowl.
  2. Mashed potatoes mix lightly (also with a fork) with olive oil, cottage cheese and spices.

  5. Place a few small pieces of cheese in the middle of the potato dough, wrap well and shape the balls (attention: the cheese must be placed exactly inside the balls and be well & # 8222sealed & # 8221 in the potato dough, otherwise it will drain at baked).
  6. The potato balls thus obtained are placed in a tray lined with baking paper.
  7. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. (180 degrees)

1 kg of potatoes

Method of preparation:

Golden potatoes with cheese in the oven

The potatoes are cleaned, washed and cut into quarters or larger pieces than for straw potatoes. They are put in a pot with water and salt to boil but they are not left to boil completely but only to be lightly boiled because they will also be baked. Then put them in a strainer to drain the water well.

Meanwhile, prepare a bath of olive oil, oregano, basil, paprika, chilli, salt and pepper.
We prepare a tray in which we put enough baking paper to go a little over the edges.

How to make new potatoes with baked cheese

Meanwhile, beat the two eggs, peel the garlic and crush (make a paste).
Grate the cheese.
Mix the eggs with the garlic, with Something Fine Creamy with greenery from Delaco, with the butter and with 100 g of Rucar cheese - Delaco shaved.

After boiling, drain the potatoes well and mix in a pan with all the composition prepared above. After I mixed them well, sprinkle the other hundred grams of grated Rucar-Delaco cheese on top.

Put the tray in the oven until the potatoes catch a golden crust.

* This recipe can be prepared with or without garlic, according to taste. I personally really like garlic.

  • 150 gr mushrooms
  • 250 gr cheese

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Then put them to boil in salted water and leave them on the fire until they have penetrated a little. Be careful not to boil the potatoes too much because they will crumble. When the fork will penetrate them, even if this will be a little harder, it is time to take them off the fire. Drain the potatoes very well. Put a little oil in a pan and then the potatoes. It is good to place them evenly on the entire surface of the tray so that they are all done at the same time. After you put the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil. Basil will give a very appetizing aroma to your potatoes.

Bake the potatoes for a few minutes. Meanwhile, cut the kaiser into small slices or cubes, the mushrooms must also be cut into small pieces, and the cheese must be grated. After you have kept the potatoes in the oven for about 5 minutes, take them out and sprinkle the kaiser, mushrooms and cheese on the entire surface of the tray. After that, put the potatoes back in the oven over medium heat until they are well penetrated.

How to make the best baked potatoes
